Cats and dogs up to 100 pounds permitted.
Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

Non-refundable pet fee of $500. for the first animal plus $250 for each additional animal.

Monthly Rent of $50/pet/month.

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Kevin is a George Mason University graduate who enjoys Alfred Hitchcock films, tacos, and hanging out with his English Bulldog. Kevin has been with ZRS Management since May 2016.
Felecia is a Baltimore native who enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years, kickboxing, and being with her grandchildren. Felecia has been with ZRS Management since August 2017.
Alejandro, from Cuba, insists on teaching his 15 month old how to play baseball, loves chocolate and scuba diving. He has been with ZRS Management since March 2015.
Roberto was born in El Salvador. He loves eating latin food with a lot of "picante." In his free time, Roberto loves to fish and go mountain biking. Roberto has been with ZRS Management since July 2017.
