Storage Unit: $50 - $150 based on size
Garage Parking: $125 for 1st space, $175 for 2nd space

Security Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable if one cancels after 72 hours of submitting application)
Amenity Fee: $500 Non-Refundable

Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?
A: Applicants are approved upon favorable credit report, background check, rental history, employment history, income verification and earnings equal to or greater than three times the monthly rental amount.

A: 2 recent paystubs, recent tax return
Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
A: Can discuss at time of application. May have the option of a guarantor for the lease depending on the circumstance.
Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: Pending no outstanding charges or damages at move out

A: Yes with 60 days notice and one months rent as a lease termination fee (other restrictions may apply)
