    Storage Unit: $50 - $150 based on size
    Garage Parking: $125 for 1st space, $175 for 2nd space
    Reserved Garage Parking: $200 for first reserved space, $250 for 2nd space reserved space
    Security Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable if one cancels after 72 hours of submitting application)
    Amenity Fee: $500 Non-Refundable
    Application Fee: $50 per Applicant
    Short-Term Leases (6-11 months): $200 In Addition to Price Listed/Month
