Policy & Fees

Cats and dogs up to 100 pounds permitted. Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. Non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first animal. $250 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $50 per pet.

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Cars & Parking


For the first unreserved spot, residents will pay a $125 fee, for any additional unreserved spots, there will be a $175 fee. For a reserved spot, residents will pay $200 and $250 for a second reserved spot.


Residents will enjoy the convenience of parking in a covered garage where their car is always safe.
